Hmmmm.... Most would consider the hols a time to enjoy and also to gorge on the many delectable dishes served during the new year, Christmas.But for me it is a battle of my dream weight VS the many mouthwatering yet fatty food that are only served during that time of the year. SIGH... i WONDER if i'm ever going to reach my goal of slimmimg down and reaching my ideal weight of 45kg. now i am thinking it is but a fantasy to ever dream that i may be joining the leigions of girls at the beeach flaunting their asset.
Just looking at those girls at the beach suntanning their bodies at the beach makes my blood boil and makes me so envious that i feel like just screaming at them to get out of there b4 i get my hands on a cleaver.
For those who have went through being fat would know that not only do we have to watch people eat those savory food while we eat lettuce and carrots and all those horrible tasting shakes,soups and medicines , we also have 2 go through the taunts,prejudice and preconcieved ideas that we are lazy and that we deserve every pound we gain which is so unfair to those who are trying their best 2 lose those kilos.
But then again this is not really what every one thinks so we must be fair and not judge someone just based on outlook alone yet how many of us here are really that noble. In fact i wouldn't be surprised if everybody has been guilthy of judging a person on outlooks first before we even got to know that guy better.So sad is this so called civilsed society doesn't ever follow its own words of wisdom when all of us are so involved in the rat race.
